we have settled down with our extremely busy schedules, we

only ship a minimum of 30 heads per shipment to any
part of the world.
We do not multi sell our turtles to
more than one dealer in a State or Province. Because CITES
application is in the hands of the wildlife department approval
may take at least 3 to 4 months or sometimes earlier. Validation
of CITES is 2 months and Health Certificate is only 2 weeks.
Health Certification can only be applied
after CITES has been approved and when we have and approximate
confirmation of space booking for the shipment.
For USA dealers:
4 inch rules applies therefore if a dealer in the US wishes
to reserve these sizes of turtles a 50% deposit is required.
It will take approximately 4 to 5 months for a 6cm hatchling
to be raised to 4 inches. Overheads will be incurred.
Harvest for Chitrachitra varies each
year therefore prices may vary as well according to circumstances
and international exchange rates.
Please enquire for other species of
turtles/tortoises or reptiles, we do occasionally have nice
and rare specimens for sale.

A first $300 deposit for all CITES
application is required for any order, after CITES has been
approved a copy will be sent to the importer afterwhich the
import permit from the importer must be sent back to us via
fax or scanned email. The AWB will be sent to the importer
for confirmation, all shipping are pre-paid. There will be
no refund after CITES has been approved at our end. Therefore
it is important that the importer check with their wildlife
department if they could import the particular species intended.
D.O.A. Policy - For all D.O.A.
pics of the animal must be sent to us within 24hrs of the
shipment arrival using only a digital camera with date and
time stamping. Any delay of the pics will render D.O.A. void.
Replacements will be made on the next order. For exceptional
cases of D.O.A e.g hard to get species, the client will be
informed before hand on the settlement issue.
Full balance payment MUST be made to
us prior to any shipping, we will ship only after our bank
has cleared and confirmed the wire transfer.

IN SINGAPORE UNLESS CERTIFIED BY AVA
