PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT GO ON CONSIGNMENTS
FOR OUR CHITRA CHITRAS OR ANY OTHER TURTLES AND ANIMALS ALIKE.
- Full payment is required prior to any shipping
- All freight charges,packing,CITES or health certificates
etc would be borned by the customer.
- All monetary are in US dollars and must be by means of
wire transfer only.
- For any special orders or reservations a 50% deposit is
required & full payment made prior to any shipping.
- Any unclaimed reservations within a month would render
all deposits forfeited.
- Live arrival of all our turtles are guaranteed.It is your
duty to inform and prove to us of any dead arrival within
24hrs.
- For replacement of any dead turtles,all freight expenses
would be solely borned by the customer.
- CITES/Health certificates/Packing and transport would
cost $200 flat.
- All freight charges are either Freight Collected or Pre-paid
by the customers themselves.Please enquire for details.
- For all Freight Collect,customers must response to our
Agent as soon as possible,if no response is recieved the
shipment would have to be cancelled.We will follow up on
this for the second time and a new airway bill will be sent
to you but if for the second time you do not response to
our agent or inform us of any outcome ,we will cancel all
shipment and no deposits whatsoever would be refunded.
- Completion of CITES/Health Certificate/Customs form and
Flight confirmation may take between 3 weeks or earlier,we
will inform you immediately via e-mail or facsimile of any
outcome in regards to this matter
